This weekend marks that time honored summer tradition of watching tons of AMAZING bands and getting a bit of a tan doing it: Capitol Hill Block Party! Yes, many will be flocking to the Pike/Pine corridor to take in the sounds and sights that only Capitol Hill can provide (while that is, admittedly, an every day venture, this weekend promises to be even better!)! From Kurt Vile and the Violators, Battles, and Thurston Moore…to local bands like Telekinesis, Fences and Head and the Heart, this is THE premier summer music extravaganza!
